MY VALUES
-
Safety First
-
Emotional, physical, and cultural safety is the foundation of healing. I create a space where you are not just heard but protected.
-
Empowerment Over Pathologizing
-
You are not broken — you are surviving. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner power and rebuild trust in yourself
-
Your story, your pace. I honor your autonomy and never push beyond your readiness. You decide what healing looks like for you.
-
Restorative Healing
-
Whether through therapy, mindfulness, or self-care tools, everything I offer is rooted in helping you feel whole — not just functional.
